Where duplicate accounts are identified, 677pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may request the closure of your 677pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may withdraw to GCash or PayMaya, with processing times typically between 15 and 60 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 677pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the 677pub cashier section and may be updated from time to time. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 677pub reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment.

677pub reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that 677pub reasonably believes constitute abuse of the platform. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 677pub system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. It is the Member's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 677pub are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
677pub reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members to exploit promotional offers. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 677pub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 677pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 677pub's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
